Terms and Conditions

Thank you for your interest in Capri Williams. As a Jewelry Importer, we only sell to Wholesale businesses that hold a valid Tax Certificate or Re-Sale ID number.  We do not sell to the general public. Below, please find a description of our terms and conditions:

 Minimum Opening Orders:

     Our minimum opening order is $1500.00. In order to expedite your order, we would ask you to please comply with this minimum. 

 Re orders:

     Our minimum re-order is $250.00.

 Minimum Quantities:

     Our minimum quantities are 12 pieces (1 dozen), per style, per color. Earrings, Pendants, Bracelets are all pre-packed in quantities of 12.

     Rings: minimums are per style, per color. ( 12 piece minimum).  You may choose your sizes (5-10) any breakdown as long as it totals 12 pieces per style.

 Payment Terms:

We accept credit card payments on all orders. Visa/MC /Discover or American Express. Upon approval, we will ship your order out COD, certified funds. Please note we do not ship to PO Boxes. We must have a valid street address.


We only accept returns on defective merchandise. Please contact customer service within 7 days of receipt to notify us of any defective merchandise and we will issue a Return Authorization Number. This number must appear on the outside of your box and all paperwork associated with this return. Any unauthorized returns will be refused and returned at your expense.
